Complete background checks are conducted on any resident residing on the property longer than 14 days.

Sunscape is a pet friendly community which allows 2 pets per apartment home. These pets may either be dogs or cats in addition to a combination of both. Each pet has a maximum weight of 50 lbs. A pet application should be submitted with a non-refundable $300.00 pet fee in addition to a monthly rent of $25 per pet.

We do have limits on aggressive breeds or mix thereof to include however not limited to Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. Please call for further details.

New Tampa movies, shoping and dining within minutes. Wireglass Shops and Wesley Chapel Outlets located one exit North of Interstate 75 and South Tampa only a 15 minute drive.

Our maintenance team is on-site from Monday to Friday during regular business hours. After hours or on weekends we do have emergency maintenance.

You can place a maintenance request online, over the phone, or in the office. For emergency or after hour maintenance please call our emergency maintenance number at (813) 972.1640 and press 3.

Parking is free and unassigned. There is ample parking for our residents and designated parking spots for visitors.

Our community does not offer a cable or internet package so you have the opportunity to use any provider you choose. Frontier and Spectrum are both available for purchase.

Rent is paid online only through our tenant portal Rent Cafe.
